NEQ – Regent’s Place
Camden

This project consisted the construction phase of a redevelopment of the Regent’s Place North East Quarter on behalf of British Land. The existing office building was demolished and a new mixed use development constructed in it’s place.
The commercial portion of the development consisted a 15 storey steel Grade A office constructed over a two storey contiguous and sheet piled basement. The structure now provides a home to a number of high profile clients including Facebook and Twitter.
Adjacent to the office stands a 25 storey concrete ‘Market’ tower nicknamed the toast rack due to it’s distinctive fins. The concrete framed building was slip formed in it’s entirety including the flank virendeel walls.
*This project was undertaken whilst at a previous practice with significant involvement from a Director at SD Structures.
