Renovation of a 4 storey Victorian end of terrace property with vaulted roof extension and new purpose built concrete framed music recording studio.

With acoustic isolation key to the project, the new purpose built 2 storey extension is constructed from concrete to provide a robust shell for the recording studios. The structure is future proof with piled foundations allowing a further storey to be added when an additional studio is required.

The existing Victorian building was completely reconfigured to meet the needs of the studio and includes a concrete basement, and cracked steel frame on the roof to create a new column free vaulted studio space.
